This 2-day class introduces you to the properties and uses of the stevia plant. Stevia has gained popularity over the last decade and a half, yet is still not fully understood. This class will teach you how to understand the different stevia products on the market, when stevia is and is not appropriate to use, and how to make your own stevia preparations.

August 14th & 21st, 2025 6PM-7:30PM

This 2-day workshop provides tips and tricks to make healthy eating simple and easy. Learn how to make your own fast food and freezer meals and guilt free chocolate.

This retreat Coincides with the kick off of our 100 day challenge and will introduce you to the different aspects of collaborative care with breakout sessions on:

   lifestyle medicine and vision setting 

   naturopathic medicine and nutrition
   emotional healing and re-balancing
   &t The Trancend\Dance therapy. 

Followed by activities and a cooking demo.

A light breakfast will be provided, as well as lunch following the cooking demonstration.
